Digital downloads: Available instantly after payment approval
Please note that processing times may be longer during busy holiday seasons or high-volume periods.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on location, weather conditions, and holidays.

At this time, Daisy’s Cozy Shop ships within the United States only.
International shipping may be available in the future.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
Orders are primarily shipped through USPS, though UPS may be used depending on pricing and availability.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Daisy’s Cozy Shop! If you are not completely satisfied with your physical item, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

Physical handmade items and DIY kits may be returned
Items must be unused and in original condition
Non-Returnable Items

Physical pattern-only purchases
Return Process
Before returning any item, customers must email us first at daisyscozyshop@gmail.com to request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless store credit is requested (where available).
Refund Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed, depending on your financial institution.
Lost or Damaged Items Policy
We take care in packaging every order, but shipping issues can occasionally occur.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, you must file a claim directly with USPS (or the carrier used) and follow their resolution process.
Please note that packages are occasionally marked as delivered prematurely and may arrive a few days later.
Daisy’s Cozy Shop is not responsible for lost items once they have been shipped.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect shipping address is provided and your package is returned to us, please contact us by email.
You will have two options:
1. Repay Shipping
Pay for the order to be re-shipped to the correct address.
2. Return
Receive a refund for the merchandise (minus the original shipping cost). Taxes paid on the merchandise will be refunded.
